Lo’bat brand was formed in 2018. The brand was created when two old friends Golnar Ahmadian & Hediyeh Maadi Tehrani (founders of Lo’Bat) joined their creative minds to create handmade accessories that are inspired by the beliefs and dreams they both shared.
Golnar Ahmadian graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture which contributes to her artistic vision. As for Hedieh, although she graduated with a degree in Chemistry, her passion has always been in the jewelry design industry. She followed her desire and attended courses on designing, creating and branding gold accessories.
The Lo’bat Girls have always kept their consciousness about the materials they use and the potential impact it has on the environment. They did a lengthy research on the least harmful material for the environment, and they came to find out its Papier mâché
In efforts to reduce any environmental damages, Lo’bat Decided to follow the path of using recycled material, as part of their fashion design, also known as the green trend; which helped to inspire other fashion designers to follow this environmental consciousness. Lo’bat Came from an ancient term used to compliment Persian women; The term means beautiful lady. The name resembles the cultural side of Persian fashion designs, and the impact it has on today’s modern world. The designs are characterized as a contrast between softness and hardness, to make any woman confident with strong character.
