I believe that “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” Therefore
I do not paint portraits, people or landscapes; however I have a passion for painting feelings. I paint love, pain and the hardship our souls encounter in the journey of life. I believe true art boils from within and is most appreciated when it comes from the fabric that unites us all. like a good author I try to encapsulate every moment of this mysterious journey through the expression of my designs.
When the pandemic stared many of us went on different journeys, we found the time to meditate and better understand our surroundings giving us a chance to reconnect with nature a chance to reconnect within and for myself a chance to sail to the land beyond. June 17 2020 was not an ordinary night it seemed like I and all that surrounded me was in perfect harmony and in that harmony I found the urge to create so I drenched my hands in paint and started forming lines with white, golden yellow, royal blue and green as my fingers danced along the canvas I understood the painting is not a product of my mind but a message from my soul it spelled “عشق” love in Farsi it was then decorated with small mirrors with the inspiration that mirrors are symbols and carriers of truth and they reflect what our truth is. The painting was illustrated in a rotational shape, to show how every connection we make between our souls, is an infinite continuous link to feel the love we are made of, to see our real inner-self in the mirror of their soul enabling us to learn about ourselves to find the lost pieces of our personality to complete our soul’s dharma. I believe my resurrection was the birth of SHÂNGÉ ART.
